I’m here to hear your story, walk beside you, and help lighten what has felt heavy to carry.
You may look like you have it all together. You’re used to pushing through, handling things on your own, and appearing “fine,” even when something beneath the surface is harder to carry than others realize. But inside, you feel stressed, numb, anxious, or disconnected in ways few people truly see.
Together, we create space to slow down, name what has been hard to say, and reconnect with the parts of yourself you have had to hide, protect, or silence. In that space, you can begin to feel more understood, less alone, and more connected to what matters to you. We can start with what is happening now, help you feel more steady, and gradually make sense of the deeper patterns running beneath the surface.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as an EMT, and that experience shaped how I sit with people: calmly, directly, and with deep respect for their story. My hope is that our work goes beyond talking and helps you experience something actually shift, so you can move forward feeling clearer, more connected, and more like yourself.
If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out. We can begin by making sense of what feels hardest to carry right now.
We offer phone, video, and in-person sessions.
Please call for therapy rates. We are an out-of-network provider. We provide superbills to every client to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement based on your plan. We are happy to help with any insurance questions.
