Kryss Castle

Teen, Young Adult & Family Therapist

Teens are fabulous in all their glory and craziness! Helping teens find their courage to transform, change ways that don’t serve them, and be who they are is my passion. In addition to in-office sessions, I’ve worked in more than ten schools throughout the South Bay providing group and individual therapy to students.

I also work with young adults, in their 20’s and 30’s, who have come to a crossroads with a relationship, career, or finding passion and purpose in their lives.

My approach to emotional healing and mental health is holistic, incorporating techniques for both the mind and body. I draw from extensive training that includes EFT – tapping for trauma, anxiety, and managing intense emotions or memories – and years of experience addressing drug and alcohol addiction with individuals and families.

As a member of three professional organizations, I routinely attend educational conferences and training seminars and keep up with the latest research and techniques to help those struggling with emotional issues and addiction.

I hold an MBA and a Masters degree in Marriage Family and Child Therapy.

It always seems impossible until it’s done.
