I offer individual breathwork sessions both in person and online, available in 60-minute or 90-minute formats. These sessions are customized to address your specific goals—whether you’re navigating stress, managing burnout, or seeking greater mind-body awareness. I also lead 90-minute online group sessions, providing a structured and supportive environment for shared breathwork practice.
