I’m passionate about supporting women through the ups, downs, and everything in between when it comes to motherhood. Whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, or deep in the chaos of raising little humans, I’m here to help you find clarity and strength and begin to feel a little more like yourself again.

Areas of focus: I specialize in working with teens, young adults, parents, and families and helping new moms navigate the emotional complexities of pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, family or peer conflict, and rebuilding self-worth and emotional resiliency.

I believe that healing happens through connection—being able to share our experiences with another where we can feel seen, heard, and supported. I approach therapy with compassion, warmth, and curiosity in exploring each person’s unique experience.

Caring for your mental health as a mother means more than just navigating the “baby blues”—it’s the anxiety that won’t quiet down, the guilt that creeps in when you’re trying your best, the identity shifts no one warned you about, and the pressure to be “okay” all the time. You’re not alone in this, and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

I’m trained in perinatal mental health, which means I understand the unique emotional, physical, and psychological changes that can happen during pregnancy and postpartum. As a mother of two myself, I understand both the joys and the struggles of this journey. Whether you’re facing mood or anxiety disorders, birth trauma, or just feeling overwhelmed, I bring both clinical expertise, genuine compassion, and real-world understanding into my work.

In our sessions, we’ll create space for you to breathe, process, and reconnect with who you are—not just as a mom, but as a whole person. Together, we’ll work to restore your sense of balance, self-worth, and emotional well-being—so you can thrive, not just survive.

In addition to working with new mothers, I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, parents, and families in various settings, including individual, residential, and school-based settings. I help people explore how their own experiences have shaped who they are and support them in developing skills to move from feeling stuck to feeling empowered, better connected, and capable of creating meaningful change in their lives.

I offer a person-centered approach, integrating evidence-based techniques along with holistic methods such as mindfulness and relaxation strategies. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and focused on providing you with support that feels genuine, practical, and judgment-free – just compassionate care and tools you can actually use.

I’m trained in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), as well as perinatal mental health through PSI (Postpartum Support International).

My goal is to support each client in recognizing their full value and self-worth, building resiliency to move through painful experiences, and creating space for healing, growth, and joy.
